In fact, with the update coming this very day and thus only being mere hours away, many fans will already be wondering what the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 file size will be and how long it might therefore take to download.

- PC – 14.9GB
- Xbox Series X|S – 10.9GB
That’s not too bad! We originally thought, going from previous updates, that the download size could well have been larger.
What we did before we knew the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 download size was take some pretty educated guesses given previous similarly-major updates and looking at their size on each platform. The most obvious, potentially-helpful file size to look at was that of the previous season. The Chapter 4 Season 1 brought with it Fortnite 2.0, so was pretty major, and its download sizes were equally, ‘pretty major’:

- Xbox Series X|S – 17.4GB
